Death Albums Digitally Released

A rare piece of video footage featuring late Death vocalist Chuck Schuldiner has surfaced online. The 19-year-old, three-minute clip was filmed during a promotional trip to Europe back in 1991. Death manager Eric Greif, who was with Schuldiner during the trip, shot and edited the clip, which highlights parts of the trip and ends with Schuldiner's 'Headbangers Ball' interview in London.

Schuldiner passed away in 2001 at the age of 34 from a rare brain stem tumor. Despite the loss of Schuldiner, who remains one of death metal's pre-eminent voices, the band's memory remains at the forefront of metalheads' minds. A bulk of Death's catalog has been made available for the first time digitally. Classics like 'Scream Bloody Gore,' 'Leprosy,' 'Spiritual Healing,' 'Human,' 'Individual Thought Patterns' and 'The Sound of Perseverance' are now available for purchase.

Relapse is set to release an expanded version of the classic debut album 'The Fragile Art of Existence' from Chuck Schuldiner's progressive heavy metal band Control Denied this October. The expanded version of 'The Fragile Art of Existence' will include bonus tracks, extra band photography, expanded art and packaging and more.
